I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to help you feel safe being you in relationship.
Hi, I’m Zack — a trauma-informed relationship coach with a background in Speech Pathology, nervous system education, and real-life experience navigating love, disconnection, and repair.
I don’t coach from a pedestal — I coach from the path.
My work is rooted in compassion, clinical insight, and lived experience. I help individuals and couples stop repeating patterns, learn to regulate in relationship, and build safer, more secure connection — one conversation at a time.
I’m a trauma-informed relationship coach — but I’m also someone who’s had to rebuild connection from the inside out.
My path here wasn’t linear. After 5+ years as a speech-language pathologist, I realized what most people were struggling with wasn’t what they were saying — it was why they couldn’t say it in the first place.
The nervous system. Attachment history. Protective patterns that made connection feel unsafe.
This work became personal after my divorce, when even with all my training, I felt disoriented in conflict and closeness. That’s when everything shifted. I stopped trying to fix myself — and started listening more closely to my body.
What I found wasn’t perfection. But it was honest, peaceful, and connected.
What guides my work:
Whether you’re navigating dating, deepening a partnership, or learning to reconnect with yourself — we move at the pace of your body’s trust.
Nothing is too much for us to tackle together.
I'm a big believer in repair over perfection.
I'm often found with my bare feet in sand or grass, scribbling thoughts into my journal, or geeking out about attachment theory over coffee.
My approach is informed by training in trauma, somatics, communication science, and most importantly — the real-life, messy work of being human in connection.
If any of this resonates, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own, either.
