“So… Are we good?”
A workshop for coming back together after conflict.
For anyone who wants to get better at navigating conflict without letting it linger between them.
October 28th

You’ve probably felt
Confused as hell when you have a conflict, talk about it, but something still feels unresolved.
Anxious that you should bring something up, but you keep putting it off.
Overwhelmed when you want to repair but don't know what actual repair looks like.
Conflict is inevitable. Staying disconnected doesn't have to be.
You can talk it through, apologize, and do everything right, and the disconnection can still longer long after the argument.
Because plenty of us know how to listen, and say the right things, acknowledge when we’re wrong. But no one taught us how to really come back together afterward.
We'll explore that difference, including the stuff that stays in your system after conflict and how to work with it, instead of letting it fester.
The goal isn't to figure out how to eliminate conflict altogether. It's to get better at recognizing, creating, and trusting the opportunity for repair.
What we’ll do
Grounding: arrive and get present before talking about something difficult.
Brief teaching: your framework around conflict, disconnection, and repair.
Self-reflection: notice your own patterns when conflict happens.
Conversation/practice: explore what repair actually sounds and feels like. Sharing is optional.
Live coaching: bring real situations and get support working through them. You’ll only be put on the spot if you volunteer (I promise).
Group reflection: learn from how other people experience conflict.
Q&A / integration.
You leave with:
A clearer understanding of your own conflict patterns, and of the difference between productive conflict and lingering disconnection.
Specific tools for initiating a repair conversation rather than waiting for things to blow over.
More confidence that conflict doesn't automatically mean something is wrong with the relationship.
A clearer sense of how to return to each other after something hard happens.
This is for you if…
* You care deeply about your relationships but struggle when things get tense.
* You tend to avoid difficult conversations, stew afterward, or need a long time to come back around.
* You're willing to look honestly at your own part in conflict.
You don't need to be in a relationship to attend.
This isn't couples therapy, and you won't be asked to share anything you're not comfortable sharing.
We’d love to have you.
